About Us
E. Michael DiFabio was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1957. He received his education at Siena College, earning a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (1950) and became a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York (1956) and Vermont (1971). He graduated from Albany Law School of Union University (J.D. 1957). He was an adjunct faculty member at Siena College, lecturing in Business Law and Federal Taxation (1959-1974). He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. His practice areas lie in taxation, business formation and governance, estate planning, trusts, business ownership and management succession planning.
Mike has served on the Board of Trustees of Siena College, Albany Academy for Girls, St. Gregory's School for Boys, LaSalle Institute, Mercy High School and other non-profit institutions and foundations.

Michael D. DiFabio was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Cornell University (1985), and his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School (1989). After study at Siena College, he became a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York State (2005) and an IRS Enrolled Agent (2006). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York Society of CPAs. He has a commercial and transactional practice in the fields of estate planning, wills, probate and trusts, judicial accountings, real estate, business and individual taxation, and business formation, acquisitions and sale. He has spoken to professionals on commercial leases, real estate title insurance and limited liability companies. He served as an adjunct professor of individual taxation at the State University of New York at Albany.
Mike has served on the Board of Trustees of St. Anne Foundation, an endowment for St. Anne Institute for Girls, Albany, New York and other non-profit institutions and foundations.

Colleen A. Dooley was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2007. She received her education at SUNY Brockport, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2001. She graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Lansing, MI in 2006. Colleen is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York. Her practice areas include estate planning, real estate, and business transactions.
